1. Interview with Rachel - Head of People Operations

This is a 30-minute introductory call with Rachel, our Head of People Operations. We'll get to know each other, talk through your working style and what kind of environment helps you do your best work, and give you an honest look at our culture, compensation, and benefits package. ProphetX is a Series B startup operating in a brand new asset class, and that's not for everyone. We'd rather be upfront about that now so we're both walking into this with clear expectations. Come as you are, we just want a real conversation.

2. Interview with Meagen - Director of Risk & Fraud

A 30 to 45-minute conversation with Meagen, Director of Risk & Fraud and your hiring manager. You'll go deeper on your experience, how you approach risk assessment and fraud detection, and what you're looking for in your next role. Meagen will also walk you through how the Risk & Fraud team operates day to day and where this role fits into protecting the exchange.


Stage 5

Assessment in Tandem

After your interview with Meagen, we'll send you a take-home assessment through Tandem, along with full instructions. It's built around real scenarios our Risk & Fraud team encounters, and gives us a look at how you think through judgment calls under ambiguity. You're welcome to work on it at your own pace while continuing to interview with the rest of the team.

4. Interview with Kevin - Director of Operations

A 30 to 45-minute conversation with Kevin, our Director of Operations. Risk & Fraud works closely with Operations to keep the platform running smoothly and fairly, so this conversation will focus on cross-functional collaboration, how you handle competing priorities, and what it looks like to work across teams at ProphetX.

5. Interview with Mike - COO

A 30 to 45-minute conversation with Mike, our COO. This is a chance to zoom out and talk about the bigger picture: how Risk & Fraud protects not just the platform but the business as a whole, and what he's looking for in someone joining this team.


Stage 8

Offer

This is the part we've been working toward. If you've made it here, we're excited about you and we're ready to make it official. You'll receive a formal offer with everything laid out: comp, equity, and start date. Take the time you need to review it, ask questions, and make sure it feels right. We hope it does.
