Stage 3

1. Interview with Rachel - Head of People Ops

This is a 30-minute introductory call with Rachel, our Head of People Ops. We'll get to know each other, talk through your working style and what kind of environment helps you do your best work, and give you an honest look at our culture, compensation, and benefits package. ProphetX is a Series B startup operating in a brand new asset class, and that's not for everyone. We'd rather be upfront about that now so we're both walking into this with clear expectations. Come as you are, we just want a real conversation.
Stage 4

2. Interview with Alex - Hiring Manager & VP of Product

This is a 30-minute conversation with Alex, your hiring manager and VP of Product. You'll go deeper on your experience, how you think about design, and what you're looking for in your next role. Alex will also walk you through the product vision and where this role fits into it.
Stage 5

3. Interview with Matt - Sr. Product Designer

A 30-minute conversation with Matt, one of our Sr. Product Designers. This is a peer & mentor conversation, so expect it to feel collaborative. You'll talk craft, process, how you work day to day, and what it looks like to do great design work at ProphetX.
Stage 6

Design Assessment

After your first three interviews, we'll send you a take-home design prompt along with full instructions. You're welcome to work on the assessment at your own pace while continuing to interview with the rest of the team.

Stage 7

4. Interview with Jeff - Performance Marketing Manager

A 30-minute chat with Jeff from our Performance Marketing team. Design at ProphetX touches every part of the business, and this conversation will give you a feel for how design and marketing work together here. Jeff will share how he thinks about the user and what he's hoping to see from this role.
Stage 8

5. Interview with Luke - Sr. Product Manager

A 30-minute conversation with Luke, one of our Sr. Product Managers. You'll talk about how you partner with PM, how you navigate prioritization and trade-offs, and what great product and design collaboration looks like to you.
Stage 9

Final: Team Review & Round Table

You're almost at the finish line!

In this final stage, you'll present your design project to the full ProphetX team in a roundtable format. Walk us through your process, share the decisions you made and why, and give us a feel for how you work and collaborate. Expect genuine questions and open conversation. We're excited to meet you as a full team and see how you think.

By this point in the process, you'll have spent time with five members of our team across product, design, and marketing, and we'll have invested real time getting to know you. The assessment is the final piece in the roundtable, and it's our chance to see how you think through a real product problem. We take that two-way investment seriously, and we wouldn't be here if we didn't believe you had something special to bring.
Stage 10

Offer

This is the part we've been working toward. If you've made it here, we're excited about you and we're ready to make it official. You'll receive a formal offer with everything laid out, comp, equity, and start date. Take the time you need to review it, ask questions, and make sure it feels right. We hope it does.
Stage 11

Hired

Welcome to ProphetX! This is not just an offer accepted or a form signed. This is the start of something real. You went through a process that was designed to be thorough because we take who we bring onto this team seriously.

You're joining a group of genuinely talented, passionate people who care deeply about what we're building and how we build it together. We're creating infrastructure for an asset class that didn't exist a few years ago, and the work you do here will have a real fingerprint on that.

We didn't hire you to fill a seat. We hired you because we believe you're going to make this team better, push us forward, and be someone we're still working alongside years from now. We hope you feel that same sense of possibility, because from where we're sitting, the best is very much ahead of us!
